Äntligen maj: Wiki Loves Earth 2024![edit]

Du får det här meddelandet eftersom du tidigare har bidragit med bilder till de svenska deltävlingarna av Wiki Loves Earth eller Wiki Loves Monuments. Jag hoppas att du vill vara med i år också! Som vanligt ingår naturreservat och nationalparker, biosfärområden och naturminnen i tävlingen! Utöver bästa foto belönar vi även fotograferande av tidigare ofotograferade objekt samt bästa bildserie om minst tio fotografier av samma objekt. Tävlingen börjar 1 maj, och pågår under hela maj månad. Om du har varit ute i världen och rest kan du även se om resorna sammanfaller med övriga internationella deltävlingar, och i så fall vara med och tävla även där. Expeditioner, fotosafari eller en helt vanlig promenad? Via en smidig karta som visar ditt närområde hittar du bra ställen att besöka – eller varför inte damma av fotoalbumen och tävla med bilder du har tagit tidigare?

Lombardia Beni Culturali[edit]
Ciao Ruthven :-), ho una domanda. Nella mia pagina di discussione mi è stato chiesto da un IP il caricamento di alcune immagini dal sito Lombardia Beni Culturali, nello specifico queste. L'IP sostiene che siano caricabili con la licenza PD-Italy, ma in basso nel sito c'è scritto "tutti i diritti riservati". Ci sono altre indicazioni nelle note legali. Mi potresti aiutare a capire se almeno alcune foto sono caricabili? Grazie in anticipo. Cadiprati (talk) 08:32, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Cadiprati Ciao, la risposta da dargli è: creati un account e carica le immagini tu stesso. Difatti è strano che lo chieda a te e non lo faccia da solo... Non è consigliabile prendersi rogne al posto degli altri :-/
- Nella fattispecie, chi ci dice che sono PD-Italy? Nelle pagine delle foto (es [1]) non vedo la data della prima pubblicazione (forse 1993 o 1996? in ogni modo, troppo presto per Commons, che permette il caricamento unicamente di foto PD-Italy di prima del 1976). Inoltre, come scrivi tu, le note legali dicono tutt'altro: "La riproduzione, la comunicazione e la messa a disposizione al pubblico, il noleggio, il prestito, la diffusione senza l'autorizzazione del titolare dei diritti è vietata."

Edifici[edit]
Ciao Ruthven, approfitto come sempre della tua cortesia... ho iniziato timidamente a caricare anche qualche fotografia di edifici e purtroppo non essendoci FoP so che siamo limitati a caricare o immagini di edifici non architettonicamente originali o comunque temporalmente risalenti al punto da essere PD-old. Tanto per avere un'opinione di massima da chi ha più esperienza sul campo, edifici come questo, questo o questo tenderei a classificarli come non originali. Qualche riserva in più invece me la sta dando questa chiesa (v. pag. 225 del pdf) dove, sebbene la foto sia in un documento nel PD, non saprei se l'edificio in sé possa considerarsi nel PD. (Al più, eventualmente potrebbero esserlo scorci limitati alla sola facciata, come una cosa del genere). Che dici, possono andare? Un saluto e buona settimana!
