  •  Keep for now. This organization has an article on the Swahili language Wikipedia. We do not delete historical logos of notable organizations just because they are outdated. Others capture only a small portion of the tower or have the tower far in the background, rendering it de minimis.   •  Comment. There are a lot of issues here. The subject is posing in front of a backdrop clearly intended for photography at a public convention. This seems to indicate consent. There are possible derivative work issues with the backdrop (but the background elements may be de minimis). There are also possible issues with the costume. Is this a notable character she is portraying? Is this within scope? Is the portrayal of the character a derivative work?   •  Delete: In this case, the flickr account owner used older derivative images. The problem here is that we don't know if the people who took the original derivative images are really anonymous, deceased for 70 years or not. If the photographer was in the US Military, it would be OK...but we just don't know and they could be press reporters working for a newspaper meaning the images would be copyrighted. The lyrics is in public domain in China but not in the US, but the melody is not in both China and the US (will enter public domain in China in 2043 and in the US in 2036). While the recording is also public domain in China but not in the US (will enter public domain in 2041).

For File:花外流莺.ogg, the composer Chen Gexin died in 1961, the lyricist Chen Di-yi died in 2007, the song was released in 1948. The melody is in public domain in China but not in the US, while the lyrics is not in both China and the US (will enter public domain in China in 2058 and in the US in 2044), While the recording is also public domain in China but not in the US (will enter public domain in 2059).
