Not own work. The ultilmate source of these photos seems to be Irish Independent (another source crediting Independent is Getty), both sources state that the photo is copyrighted. I haven't been able to find a photographer credited, and due to the age (variously credited, some as early as 1937) it could be public domain per COM:Ireland.

In general, Ecuador has a copyright term of 70 years pma, so while a 1947 work could be in the public domain, but we'd need some evidence that this stamp is in the PD both in Ecuador and the US.
