Keep INUSE, and (yet another) highly pejorative nomination from this editor who stretches "invention" (this does appear to be a flag which has been invented, perhaps by this uploader) into dismissive terms like "fantasy" and citing NOTHOST. It is hardly breaching use of Commons as a personal web host when this image in INUSE across Wikipedia.

There is no WP:OR rule here at Commons. The creation of a flag like this, with Rhodes as a charge upon an existing national flag, has a long vexillogical tradition to represent regions. Keep Just like almost every other fantasy flag deletion, this claim comes without merit. The project scope does not exclude depictions of fantasy, and the nominator has not clearly articulated a reason why this file falls out of the project scope (citing several policies is not a reason). This flag, in fact, is not just the random creation of some user but an image asset from ARMA 3, a notable video game, and therefore has potential illustrative value for articles about that game. Numerous explanations aside, if we're going to host AI generated images of mythological gods they should at least be plausible and Koubru clearly wasn't an Aryan white guy who looked like a modern western cartoon character. I was hopping more for actual images of him from traditional texts. Basing it purely on textual descriptions doesn't work because we don't generally host fantasy amateur artwork. Numerous descriptions of the deities are mentioned in sacred scriptures, which exist in varying degrees. These descriptions are not always available in the internet. And we do not promote uploading pictures looking similar to ones already present in internet because those already present ones might be copyrighted. And also, please be respectful while commenting regarding religious topics.

I think it's above US TOO taken as a whole though and that's usually how it works with images of software. All of these images are for a fictional flag having to do with a fake, transphobic sexual orientation that never went anywhere outside of a single online message board. There's no reason we need to host images of fictional flags for every random meme or online message board posting out there. In fact we don't as the upwards of three hundred deletion requests for fictional flags that were deleted in Category:Fictitious symbol related deletion requests/deleted shows. The clear consensus is against hosting these types of images on Commons. So they should be deleted as OOS since they clearly serve absolutely no educational value what-so-ever.

When Wikivoyage was introduced as a member of the Wikimedia community thousands of old files were transferred from the old website to Commons. This group of images are claimed to be copied from a website, however the website has no drawings or illustrations on it only text. This uploader has been blocked for uploading copyrighted images. This series of poor quality black and white logos look like they were photocopied and faxed two or three times prior to upload. Even if these are the logos of these various outfits, surely better quality ones could be provided than this group of tiny, blurry, poor quality images.

March 2023 is also when this editor created an article on Danny Lauter on the English Wikipedia. The photostream has images with varying EXIF information crediting different copyright holders, none of which are the uploader. Also has a history of copyright violations.

These Panoramio imports from a Panoramio photographer all depict various artistic works made by Ossi Somma (died 2020). The Panoramio photographer claims on his website that there was a permission from the sculptor (the images date to 2012); however, it is just a blanket statement that cannot be ascertained – if the permission is only confined to photography or if it extends to publication on Panoramio under commercial CC licensing. Finland has no commercial Freedom of Panorama for public art.
