The source flickr account cited is full of flickrwashing images Does {{PD-Egypt}} apply here from such a dubious source. The uploader was warned about flickrwashing here Film posters may be covered by {{PD-Egypt}} which is why I am not nominating them.

Artwork on a library truck that often parks in the same place is not, as the {{FoP-Israel}} licence requires, permanently situated in a public place.

According to the law in Israel, a work of art must be fixed to a certain object permanently in a public place - in order to be allowed to publish it in public.

Both images do meet these criteria, as the beautiful painting was painted *on the truck*. The truck is not a work of art, but the painting on it is a work of art, and the painting is *permanently on the truck parked in a street* ( " ... permanently situated in a public place". ).

Since this is the case, there is no prohibition (according to Israeli law) to show the picture of the truck with the painting on it - parked on a street in Jerusalem.

The painting meets the criteria of the law:

1. It is permanently attached to a certain object (a truck, which has the ability to move with the help of an engine).

2. It is displayed in Public Place always.

The Israeli copyright law intended to prohibit the publication of an artistic work that appears (in the public place) and disappears after a short time. This is not the case.

The Authors 张令涛Zhang Lingtao (1903-1988) and his son 张之凡Zhang Zhifan(?-1996) died less than 50 years.

I've never heard that working for a state owned press means to abandon the copyrights.

The copyright protection period for service works is 50 years, calculated from the first publication of the work and ending on December 31st of the 50th year after the first publication of the work.

The authors of service works also own the copyright, but the calculation of the copyright protection period is different from that of individual works.

According to copyright laws of the People's Republic of China (with legal jurisdiction in the mainland only, excluding Hong Kong and Macao), amended November 11, 2020, Works of legal persons or organizations without legal personality, or service works, or audiovisual works, enter the public domain 50 years after they were first published, or if unpublished 50 years from creation. For photography works of natural persons whose copyright protection period expires before June 1, 2021 belong to the public domain. All other works of natural persons enter the public domain 50 years after the death of the creator.

In the case of architectural works, the freedom of panorama provision is applicable only to the external appearance.[74] Therefore, pictures of interior staircases and interior courtyards cannot be used under § 59(1) even if all of the above-described conditions are met.[75]
